You are a “cross it off my to-do list” business owner. This is AWESOME for an entrepreneur because you know that starting and running a business takes work and you can’t wait to get it done! Sometimes, though, you can’t quite see the big picture of where you are going.
Sometimes you find yourself off of the path because you are so focused on the next step rather than where you actually want to go.
As a Closer business owner, you have a tendency to feel frustrated when you finish a task only to realize that it took your business in the wrong direction when you come up for air.
So…now that you know your solopreneur personality…how can you use it to create your roadmap for SUCCESS in your business?
As you build your Roadmap for SUCCESS, it’s vital that you lean into your strengths, but equally as important, is becoming self-aware to the challenges that you face as build your business.
As a Closer Solopreneur, your strengths lie in your focus, your productivity, and, of course, your follow-through!
Your ability to actually complete the projects and tasks on your to-do list is a huge asset to your business. Believe it or not, it is not a very common quality amongst business owners.
In addition to that, you are really great at managing your time which is a big part of why you finish things! You are great at staying focused on the task at hand rather than being distracted by every new idea that comes your way. Apply that amazing talent to your business, ladies!! It’s your secret weapon!!
Now…just because you stay focused on the tasks at hand, doesn’t necessarily mean you know what tasks should be on your to-do list, or where all of your hard work is taking you. You might even find yourself months down the line, not very clear on what your end goal is! 🤦♀️
That’s OK because you don’t have to do it all alone!
They say it takes a village to raise a child, and your business is no different!
You work best when you are connected to a community of other business owners who are equally motivated to prioritize their business.
So…what are some ideal next steps for you as you create your business roadmap to SUCCESS?
