FAQs
What if I just need help with one specific Trello board?
If you have a specific Trello hiccup or one area you’re stuck in, book a one-time session for $129/hr, and I’ll walk you through the fix step-by-step.
Perfect for quick wins or solving that one issue you’ve been avoiding.
What happens during a Trello Audit?
It’s a 30-minute discovery session where we walk through your current setup (or ideas, if you’re starting fresh). You’ll walk away with a clear roadmap and next steps—no pressure, just clarity.
What’s the difference between Trello VIP and Trello Circle?
Trello VIP is my highest-touch offer—it includes private 1:1 sessions (up to 4 per month), async support, and group office hours. Trello Circle is a lower-cost way to stay supported with weekly group office hours and async support, but no private sessions are included. They can, however, be purchased at a discounted rate.
Can I switch between plans if my needs change?
Absolutely. Life and business evolve—and your Trello support can too. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
What do you mean by “async support”?
You’ll be added to my private Trello board where you can ask questions, drop screenshots, or get feedback. I respond during set support hours, usually within 1–2 business days.
What if I have sensitive client info? Can I still join group office hours?
Yes! You never have to share anything you’re uncomfortable with. We keep things general in group settings, and if you need more privacy, the VIP tier or a discounted One-Off Session may be a better fit.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with you?
Not at all. If you can drag and drop, you can use Trello. I meet you where you are and keep everything as simple as possible—no overwhelm, I promise.

My Story
I started my first business as a side hustle over 15 years ago. Even before the world of online coaching blew up, I was researching, learning, and mastering the skills needed to grow my business and be present for my clients all without spending 24/7 tied to my phone or computer. I learned quickly that small business customers want to feel like you are there for them whenever they need you, regardless of the fact that you are just one person.
If I hadn’t learned to automate certain aspects of my business, and to grow and adapt to the ever-changing technology available to an entrepreneur, I never would have had time to actually coach my clients (that’s the whole point, isn’t it?)
