For years, I recommended adding an Inbox, Brain Dump, or Mind Dump list to your Trello boards.
But my workflow has changed.
Now, instead of creating separate capture lists on every board, I use Trello’s built-in Inbox feature to capture ideas first and organize them later.
The biggest productivity lesson I’ve learned is that capturing an idea and organizing an idea are two different steps.
Your brain shouldn’t have to decide where something belongs before you’ve even written it down.
Don’t have time to watch it right now? That’s ok! Just make sure you Pin It for later! Let me know in the comments and I will put it on my list for a future video!
