Reading Time: 2 minutes

Before you start setting business goals for next year, have you taken the time to look at what God has been showing you this year?

As Christian business owners, it’s easy to get caught up in the numbers, the goals we reached (or didn’t), and everything we want to accomplish next. But what if we’re missing something important when we jump straight into planning?

In this episode of Faith and Focus, I’m sharing why I want to approach end-of-year reflection differently this year, the Scripture that’s been on my heart, and some questions I’m using to help me recognize where God has been working in my business.

We’ll talk about remembering what God has done, recognizing unexpected opportunities, and being willing to consider whether He might be redirecting us.

If you’re preparing to plan for next year, I hope this conversation encourages you to slow down and pay attention first.

Scripture: Psalm 77:11–20 (NLT)

I’d love to hear from you in the comments: What has God been repeatedly bringing to your attention this year?
