This week I’m testing a new Trello Power-Up called Voiact—and unlike a typical feature demo, I’m putting it through some of my actual Trello workflows.
I wanted to know four things: Does it understand what I’m asking? Does it actually save me time? Is the result something I’d use? And how much cleanup does it require?
So I tested it with a brain dump, my YouTube content workflow, and a client workflow build.
And honestly? I’m impressed.
It’s not replacing ChatGPT for me, and there are still some things I’m not convinced I’m ready to trust AI with. But the fact that it can actually read my Trello cards, make decisions, move things, create tasks, and work with my existing board makes this very different from AI that can only analyze what’s already there.
I also take a quick look at how Voiact’s automation compares with Trello’s native Butler automation—and there are some interesting differences there that may deserve a whole separate video.
