The last few weeks I’ve been reading The Infinite Game by Simon Sinek for an episode of the podcast. This quote jumped off the page.
I know that when you are just starting out, you might have enough time to keep up with doing things in your business manually. The idea of learning how to set up automation seems like something that can wait, but it really can’t.
