One of the many ways we can avoid simply adding to the “noise” is by using segments (or groups) to send targeted emails to subscribers who will actually want to read them.
Using a combination of market research and using a subscriber’s specific engagement with your past emails and website, you can avoid spamming the subscribers who won’t be interested in what you are saying or offering and speak directly to those you know will be.
