If you want to make a change, you are going to have to start doing new things, and sometimes, that includes doing things that you don’t enjoy doing.

Streamline

Creating change typically starts with building new habits and breaking old ones. Streamline this process by using a tool like Trello to automatically send yourself reminders of the new thing you need to do. This will help to ensure that you stay consistent from Day 1 and building this new task into your routine becomes so much simpler!

Action

Ask yourself what it is that makes you not want to do something that needs to be done in order to create the change you are after. If you find yourself realizing that it’s because you don’t feel like you are good at that thing, or know how to do it well, your first step should be to find someone to help you improve on your skill.
