Good communication isn’t just a nice-to-have in business; it’s essential! I have so many examples I could share, both in business and as a customer, where communication (or lack thereof) completely ruined an experience that could otherwise have been very beneficial on both sides.

In this week’s episode, I’m sharing a few of mine to demonstrate how incredibly important it is for us to prioritize proactive communication in our businesses.
⚙️ Streamline Your Week
Last week on the channel, I shared one of my new (but already an all-time favorites) Trello boards. This board came out of a need of one of my clients who, like so many including me, was struggling to figure out how to integrate his one-off tasks into his larger business process.
You can always have separate boards and even use cross-board automation to bring these tasks together in one place…but that can be complicated and even messy.
It also doesn’t address the very real issue of…what happens if I don’t have time to do this right now, but I don’t want to forget about it?
Well, I’ve found the solution…for my client and myself at least.
