“You don’t have to do something huge to make a huge difference.”

At first glance, it sounds simple, right? But it made me stop and think about the ripple effect of what we do in our businesses. Whether you’re solving small problems or creating efficiencies in your workflow, it all matters. Let me give you an example from my own business—helping solopreneurs streamline processes isn’t world-changing on the surface. But when you save time, that extra time gets spent on your family, your passions, or even just catching your breath. That small shift can change everything.
The same goes for the little connections you make with your community. Responding to someone or giving them a shout-out might seem tiny, but it builds loyalty and makes them feel seen. It’s about these small acts adding up to something big over time.
⚙️ Streamline Your Week
Have you ever been sent the ability to opt-out of a particular series of emails, such as emails about Mother’s Day if that is a triggering topic for you?
I don’t know about you, but I really appreciate that option and I wish that more businesses thought to offer that, even when it comes to their sales funnels!
Look, not every subscriber is ready to make a purchase or will be interested in every product or service you offer. Giving them a simple way to opt-out of that content is a lesser-known pro tip to help you hold on to the subscribers you have, while respecting where they’re at right now.
This week’s YouTube video is showing you exactly how I do that in Omnisend, but can be easily applied in other email marketing platforms as well!
🎯Take Action
So, I want you to think about this: What’s one “small” thing you’re doing that’s having a huge impact?
Leave me a comment and let me know—I’d love to hear!
