If you are in a season of anxiety and stress in your business right now, you probably feel a little out of control.

I want to challenge that feeling for you right now with all of the love and support I can possibly send your way, because I believe that you have way more control than you think you doā€¦and Iā€™m not alone.

Mel Robbins, the New York Times Best-selling author (more than once!) with a #1 ranking educational podcast (itā€™s amazingā€¦check it out), agrees with me. She has done a lot of research on this subject, resulting in one of her Best Sellers, The High Five Habit.

I read it a few month ago for my podcast (did you know that I co-host a podcast? ) and gleaned so much wisdom from what she had to say on this topic.

I canā€™t possibly go into all of it here, or this email will turn into my own epic novel šŸ˜œ, but suffice to say, while you canā€™t control the thoughts (the negativity, the fear, etc.) that pop into your mindā€¦you can choose whether or not to let them take hold.

Making the decision to be intentional about which thoughts take up residence in your mind can literally flip the switch on what you think, feel, and say about your business.

āš™ļø Streamline Your Week

Iā€™m going to stick with the idea of intentionality for this weekā€™s tip for streamlining your business.

When we start our entrepreneurial journey, weā€™re typically winging it, right? We donā€™t really know yet what we want to do or what is the best way to do it.

Eventually we kinda fall into a bit of a routine and often, it stops there. (whomp, whomp)

The absolute best tip I could ever give you about streamlining your business is to tell you to always be intentional.

If you have fallen into a routine, donā€™t just leave it there.

Take the time to understand your routine.

You may find that you are doing certain things just because you ā€œalways didā€ and not because you actually need to.
