Joseph’s journey from slavery to prison to second-in-command of Egypt wasn’t a detour. It was preparation.
And that got me thinking about the seasons when we’re working a day job while building a business, growing more slowly than we’d like, learning things we wish we already knew, or simply wondering when we’re finally going to get to the thing we feel called to do.
Maybe those seasons aren’t wasted.
Maybe they’re preparing us.
In this episode, we’re talking about why the hard parts of the journey matter, why there may be no such thing as an overnight success, and why some of our greatest growth happens when things aren’t going according to plan.
